Cleanliness : Excellent, Facilities : Excellent , Location : Excellent
Other Comments : When I booked this hotel, I asked if it was near a metro stop since that
wasn't included in the listing. The response I got was that it was near
the Sol stop. Actually, the Gran Via stop is right outside the door of
the hotel. I suggest you include this information as the hotel's nearness
to the metro was a major plus.

Another plus is that despite the hotel's very central location, it must be
soundproofed well because it was quiet at night.

Lastly, a very full and lovely breakfast was included, which I don't think
was included on the listing.

So, thank you for the recommendation. I was very pleased with the hotel
and your services and responsivenes. I will gladly recommend you to
others.
