Other Comments : I have just enjoyed a three night break at The Wellington and loved every minute.The hotel is in a lovely area and is very elegant without being too posh.Our rooms whilst not enormous were very comfortable and the bathroom was very luxurious with lots of little extras...even toothbrush and toothpaste!
Breakfast was lovely and available until 11.00am in case you fancied a lie in.
The hotel is well placed for the Retiro park which was beautiful and for the designer shops of the Salamanca area,there is a small supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants to chose from.
All in all we had a superb time and would definately recommend ABAhotels.com and the Hotel Wellington...would love to do it all again!

Other Comments : WE STAYED AT THE WELLINGTON DURING THE SPANISH PESIDENTIAL ELECTION OF 04. THE ROOMS,STORAGE (CLOSET),AND LIFT ARE ON THE TIGHT SIDE.BREAKFAST,IN ONE OF THE SOCIAL HALLS, WAS QUITE PLEASANT.SERVICE WAS GOOD . BEAUTIFUL SITTING AREA OFF LOBBY.THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. A SHORT WALK THROUGH THE PARK AND WE WERE AT THE PRADO. NOT A 5-STAR BUT A WELL POLISHED 4 STAR HOTEL. WELL WORTH THE PRICE!
